Access Dates and Times

Congress dates: 29th July - 1st August, 2020.

Booth installation: July 28, 2020, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Booth dismantlement: August 2, 2020, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Pavilion hours: July 29–1, 2020, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
Congress hours: July 29–1, 2020, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Please note, each exhibitor must submit information on all representatives of the company or organization who will be present at the event by July 15, 2020.

Visitor access requires a badge. An e-ticket obtained or purchased by completing online registration on the official Congress website or purchased at the Congress ticket office shall be exchanged for a badge at registration stands upon presenting an ID and subject to prior completion of an online form on the event website.
